This role will drive enterprise observability and ITSM best practices by leading initiatives to advance monitoring strategies and enhance automation. The ideal candidate will use their advanced LogicMonitor and ServiceNow expertise to optimize solutions, integrate processes, and ensure operational efficiency across cloud and on-prem environments. This position is critical to reducing alert noise and improving operational resilience.
