QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Diploma or above in Computer

Science or related discipline

Minimum 4years working experience

Sound experience in AS/400, Control

Holder of ITIL V3 Foundation

certificate is preferable.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Good interpersonal and communication skills to handle both internal and external customers.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Proficiency in the Japanese language would be an added advantage.

7*24 Shift duty is required

The work schedule is 12-hour shifts for four days, followed by four days off, including weekends and public holidays.
