**The position**

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Resilience Manager to join our Security & Crisis Management team. The primary focus of this role is to enhance Boehringer Ingelheim’s resilience through the development, implementation, and maintenance of Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management, Security Intelligence, and Security Risk Management programs. In this key position, you will contribute to protecting our people, business operations, assets, reputation, and environment while supporting legal entities across the Central Eastern European region in preparing for and responding to critical situations.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

+ Crisis Management: facilitating all crisis management activities (methodology & decision-making) during crisis response, prepare and conduct annual crisis management trainings & exercises in the RCV region.
