What you’ll do

We’re looking for two Enterprise Support Specialists to join the team, with one permanent opportunity and one 12-month fixed-term opportunity. Based in either Auckland or Hamilton, these are excellent opportunities to broaden your commercial, customer and operational experience while supporting some of Genesis's largest business customers.

Working alongside Sales, Pricing, Metering, Market, Switching and Customer Management teams, you'll gain exposure across the Enterprise business, build valuable relationships, and develop skills that will support your future career growth.

• Prepare tailored pricing and repricing proposals that support customer retention and acquisition objectives.
• Provide day-to-day support for Enterprise customers, managing enquiries, account requests and portfolio updates across multiple channels.
