You own the planning and execution of our educational programs — from coordinating venues, catering and materials to preparing pre-, during- and post-checklists that keep everything running smoothlyYou manage participant communication across our programs: onboarding new cohorts, keeping participant data up to date and being the go-to contact for questions and coordinationYou take care of program documentation and administration — maintaining our tools (Notion, Slack, Google Drive), keeping calendars updated and ensuring our folder structures and resources are always in orderYou support budget administration and financial tracking — contributing to monthly rep...
