Job Description
A mid-sized manufacturing firm in South Seattle is seeking a Quote/Billing Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is 100% onsite from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding services provided by the company.

+ Prepare quotes as requested by the customer.

+ Compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes.

+ Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required.

+ Review quote information and create and submit bids to customers within the required time frame.

+ Itemize costs of services for each service provided.

+ Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria.
