Responsibilities - Manage and update online marketplace stores, product listings, pricing and inventory.
- Process customer orders, coordinate fulfilment and handle customer enquiries.
- Support digital marketing activities, including promotions, campaigns and social media content.
- Create and manage product-related content for online platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, campaign results and marketplace analytics.
- Coordinate with platform representatives, service providers and internal teams.
- Attend business reviews, manage supplier contracts and support renewal processes.
- Perform other e-commerce and administrative duties as assigned.
