Genesis10 is currently looking for a Dispatch Services Coordinator for an ongoing contract role for our client in the retail industry in Richfield, MN. This role is 100% remote, but must be local to the Minneapolis market, and the shift available would be 7:30 am-4:00 pm Sunday-Thursday.
Compensation: $17 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.
Job Duties: Take Level 1 calls from Client retail support client locations on various retail location issues. Key Responsibilities: Take call and fully create an initial ticket in ServiceNow. Act on reported issues following support documentation. Use decision tree and other knowledge articles to move ticket to correct support Client support organization.
