Job Overview The Customer Account Specialist in our Singapore office reports to the Senior Worldwide Customer Service Manager and supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining customer accounts.
Job Scope - Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to solve problems and meet customer requests in a timely manner.
- Support the Sales team by fielding customer requests, coordinating with departments to address concerns and maximize satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team by following up with quotes, ensuring pricing setup, processing orders, and managing customer accounts for a seamless sale process.
