Operations Administrator
Location: Charleston, SC (Onsite)
Sales Focus Inc. (SFI), the pioneer and global leader in sales outsourcing, is seeking an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational needs of multiple sales campaigns by managing HubSpot CRM, maintaining reporting, building and optimizing workflows, coordinating client communications, and ensuring operational excellence across internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for process improvement and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
+ Administer and maintain HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub.
+ Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, sequences, lists, pipelines, and automation.
+ Develop and maintain executive dashboards and client-facing reports.
