Act as the WSH Officer registered with MOM, ensuring full compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and all applicable local regulations.
Lead and conduct WSH Committee meetings, workplace inspections, and incident investigations; implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Oversee contractor EHS management, including reviewing Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and ensuring all EHS-related documentation is completed and submitted.
Ensure compliance with statutory EHS reporting requirements and facilitate regulatory audits and inspections.
Regularly review and update applicable EHS legal requirements and ensure alignment with site practices.
Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local legislation, corporate EHS frameworks, and customer requirements (e.g., RBA, UL2799).
