Job Responsibilities:
The personnel(s) performing this role shall possess certified Environmental Control Officer certification and registered as an Environmental Control Officer with the National Environment Agency. The ECO shall put in place measures to ensure the highest standards of environmental health are maintained in the camps and training areas. The ECO shall monitor, identify and anticipate environmental threats (such as food, water, air & vector-borne diseases) in the camps and training areas. He shall respond, investigate, establish and work with the respective Authority for any outbreaks (such as but not limited to Dengue, Zika, Malaria, Leptospirosis, Noro Virus). The ECO shall assist the Authority in all investigation works, including coordinate, work with the respective Authority and other contractors to collect water samples and carry out 100% audit on the camp premises within the time frame required by the Authority upon notification by the Authority of any outbrea...
