JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Develop and implement environmental policies and programs by conducting studies, providing reports, communicating guidelines and directives from environmental authorities, evaluating its effectiveness to ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
People Management
Supervise the activities and work performed by the direct report to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient and effective manner, in line with the annual business plans, and Environmental Department’s policies and procedures.Recommend training and development interventions for the direct report to build capabilities.
