Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities

• Pollution Control : Design systems, processes, and equipment to control and mitigate air, water, and soil pollution.
• Compliance & Permitting : Obtain, update, and maintain environmental permits, and ensure facility compliance with local and federal environmental laws.
• Impact Assessments : Carry out site assessments and technical audits to evaluate environmental impact, manage waste disposal, and identify contaminant sources.
• Reporting & Data Analysis : Analyze environmental data, build computer models, and prepare technical reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Remediation : Develop and oversee plans to clean up contaminated sites or safely eliminate environmental hazards.
