The Environmental Health and Safety Manager supports DeZURIK’s Canadian sites (Cambridge, Ontario, and Leduc, Alberta) and the Redmond, Washington site, serving as the primary EHS contact for team members and site leadership. Based in Cambridge, this role provides EHS support, directs the implementation of programs necessary to develop a proactive safety culture, manages a comprehensive safety system that controls cost and risk, and focuses on cultural safety improvements with leading and lagging indicators across all three locations. The EHS Manager will implement and lead a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program focused on fostering trust and cooperation between leadership and team members.
