To ensure environmental compliance, monitoring, and implementation of environmental management measures for the dam and hydropower project, aligned with national regulations, project environmental and social management plans (ESMP), and international best practices. The role supports the project team in maintaining environmental integrity, preventing environmental impacts, and promoting sustainability throughout construction and operation phases.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP).
• Ensure all site activities comply with environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support development of environmental protection measures and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with contractors on environmental compliance obligations.
