Assist in establishing, managing, and growing a new branch office
Recruit, build, and manage technical staff to support operations and project execution
Develop client recruitment strategies and expand business opportunities
Lead project management for Site Assessments, Remediation, Emergency Response, Natural Resources, EHS & compliance, Permitting, and Reporting Assurance
Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Participate in internal and external technical organizations
Requirements
4-year degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related science
15+ years of experience in environmental investigation, remediation, permitting, or compliance
Professional certification strongly desired (PG, LSRP, PE)
