**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic **Environmental Services Operations Manager 2** for ECU Health Duplin Hospital, an 81-bed facility. This hospital is part of the ECU Health System, which includes nine-hospitals, totaling 1,717 licensed beds across eastern North Carolina. **This position will support all shifts, managing a team of 20 in Kenansville.** This role will support quality assurance efforts, floor care projects, payroll, and lead the team in engagement. Preferred candidates will have experience in Environmental Services, Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, military service, and excellent customer service skills. Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter who can lead a team under minimal supervision.
