Home: Orchard Villa, Long Term Care

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Environmental Services Manager will maintain a clean and safe living environment for all Southbridge Building residents, coordinate all equipment maintenance and repairs by staff and contracted service providers, audit and maintain standards in the laundry and housekeeping department, and take a lead role in H&S for all staff. This full‑time position requires the ability to set and meet project timelines and manage competing priorities while meeting Ministry and regulatory requirements.
