**Environmental Specialist**

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:
+ Examining work environments for various physical, chemical, biological, and environmental hazards and stresses and make recommendations for improvements to process and equipment.

+ Submitting monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual reports / permits to federal, state, local and corporate offices as required.

+ Interpreting OSHA and Environmental Standards and regulations and maintain cooperative relationships with OSHA, OSHA-approved State Plans, EPA, and State Environmental Agencies.

+ Analyzing proposed and final regulations for impacts to manufacturing operations that could require substantial capital expenditures or compliance challenges.

+ Provide technical support in the transport of hazardous/regulated materials and wastes.
