Actalent is in search of a candidate who is interested in a conversation based position located in Kula, HI. This is a welcoming position where the prospective candidate will learn with the team.
Auwahi Wind consists of (8) 3 MW wind turbines, an 11 MW Battery Energy Storage System, a substation, and other energy facility equipment. The environmental personnel manage multiple mitigation sites on Ulupalakua Ranch and Haleakala. The environmental technician will work with all the personnel at the wind facility, focusing mainly with the Operations and Environmental departments.
Responsibilities/Duties -
Operations:

+ Provide support in certain daily activities such as inspections, log readings, maintenance, and repairs.

+ Assist with special projects.

Environmental:

+ Provide support to implement actions related to the Auwahi Wind environmental permits and mitigation sites.
