Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums and fogger machines
• Use hand and power tools for cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Perform heavy lifting and assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure ductwork and work areas meet high cleanliness standards
• Provide professional and courteous customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving and backing up a truck and trailer
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety
