Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience completing full Epic implementation cycles within large healthcare systems


• Current Epic certifications in Inpatient Orders, Bugsy, and other relevant Epic modules


• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide clinical system assessment, design, development, and implementation


• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating clinical and business information into system requirements


• Proven ability to distinguish user requests from true business and clinical needs


• Experience partnering with business users, IT leadership, project managers, programmers, consultants, and vendors


• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and evaluate project scope, risks, and benefits


• Epic certification(s) and other specialty certifications from nationally recognized programs (preferred)


• Clinical background (preferred)
