Job Summary

:Plans, develops, and delivers skills, knowledge and technology-related training programs for NCH which are designed to expand the knowledge and skills of participants and to enhance overall employee competency and productivity. Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Nursing, Health Care or a related field required.

Three years of training/work experience, preferably including training implementation.

Experience in a health-care related environment is desirable.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of the concepts, standards and practices relating to adult learning, continuing education and educational effectiveness.

Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for delivering formal and informal training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
