Job Description
Day-to-Day
ββ’ Build, configure, and support Epic Professional Billing functionality
ββ’ Help own and enhance charge router logic and charging workflows
ββ’ Support claims processing, remittance, and downstream billing workflows
ββ’ Partner with highly experienced end users (limited basic tickets)
ββ’ Collaborate closely with PB team lead and technical leads
ββ’ Contribute to larger initiatives, including Epicβs AI roadmap projects
Participate in Epic on-site visits approximately every 6 months (as needed)
