Job summary

The EPR Training Lead plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record, leading the day to day delivery of high quality face to face training as a core part of the Trust's blended learning approach. Working at the heart of the programme, the role ensures staff are well prepared to use the system safely, effectively and confidently in clinical practice, with clear oversight of training uptake and completion.

The post holder coordinates and oversees consistent training delivery across services, working closely with trainers, clinical and corporate teams, and programme colleagues. Through hands on facilitation and practical, role based scenarios, the Training Lead supports staff to translate digital functionality into real world clinical workflows, while ensuring training activity is accurately recorded and reported.
