Summary This position services as the Equal Employment Manager with full responsibility for establishing, organizing, and directing an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program that provides services to a region. Informs and advises management officials and employees on EEO program requirements. Provides EEO products and services, advice and direction on issues related to the administration and management of an EEO program and the impact of organization policies, plans, and decisions on personnel. Responsibilities Duties: Serves as the principal advisor to the organizational leadership and staff for a region by providing expert advice on all matters related to the EEO program on the feasibility and impact of EEO plans, policies, and decisions.
