Equipment Engineering - Manager/ Lead (Semiconductor Dry Etch, PVD, CVD)

Our client is a high-growth wafer fabrication operation team who is looking for multiple Equipment Engineer at Lead or Manager level to take ownership of equipment performance across Dry Etch, CVD, and PVD process modules . This is a pivotal hire for a team that is scaling fast — we are looking for someone who brings both technical depth and the energy to drive a team forward in a dynamic fab environment.

Equipment Installation & Qualification

• Lead or support installation of new Dry Etch, CVD (PECVD, LPCVD, ALD), and PVD equipment from initial delivery through site acceptance
• Execute and oversee IQ, OQ, and PQ qualification protocols; ensure tools meet process specification before handover to production
