Overview

Position Overview: In conjunction with the equipment maintenance supervisor or Maintenance Manager, develop and implement work plans which will deliver the required output in order to deliver depot output targets to the laid down technical, safety and quality standards, within the agreed budget to achieve the agreed availability and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and executes all the activities of the Equipment maintenance Team.
• Supervises personnel and approves the plan for all production activities of the team.
• Ensures all activities are performed safely, within relevant regulatory and company requirements, and in accordance with safety and security standards.
• Ensures that the teams fully competent and adequate personnel is available for the day-to-day tasks.
