Description
Summary: 
The Equipment Maintenance Manager will be based in Flex GDL North, reporting Sr Director, Operations Engineering.
Directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, delivery requirements, spare parts control and being responsable of 6s of SMT lines and equipment maintenance lab-room. 
Principle Accountabilities: 
Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs, main KPIs, daily SMT LU% monitoring MTBF and MTTR. 
Establishes preventative maintenance schedules for SMT Equipment including: Screen printer, solder paste inspection machine, pick and place machines, AOI, conveyors, FIFO, routers, wave solder and pressfit machines.
