**Equipment Operator**

**What You'll Do:**

+ Operate heavy equipment including cranes, loaders, and shears
+ Load, unload, and move materials throughout the yard
+ Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
+ Help maintain a safe and efficient work environment

**What We're Looking For:**

+ Heavy equipment operating experience
+ Strong focus on safety
+ Mechanical aptitude and reliability
+ Experience with loaders, excavators, cranes, or similar equipment
