The Equipment Repair Supervisor is responsible for managing Dynapower's in-house Repairs function for our power conversion equipment and supervising the Equipment Repair team.
# General Responsibilities

+ Focus on equipment OEE (Overall Equipment effectiveness) improvement and conducting effective preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance to prevent machine unscheduled shutdown


+ Conducts equipment evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met


+ Keep records of equipment failures and provide needed information and data to upper management


+ Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use


+ Supervises personnel and participates in coaching, training employees, and employee performance evaluations

+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
