Position Responsibilities:

+ Ensure accurate equipment inventory across accounting records and profitability tools

+ Assess equipment ROI and recommend actions for low or negative returns

+ Track and monitor service collections performance

+ Build financial acumen in the field and drive performance accountability

+ Translate key business metrics into actionable insights for Market Unit leaders

+ Coach and develop team members to improve impact and readiness for future roles

+ Travel up to 20% within assigned geography
