Job Description Job/Group Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President to support algorithmic trading product initiatives specifically for the Japanese market. This role requires deep understanding of Japanese equity market micro structure and regulatory environment, combined with both Japanese and English business fluency. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between global product teams and Japanese trading functions, clients, and senior management, ensuring product offerings are tailored to local market requirements. Working closely with the APAC Executive Director of Algo product, Japan Equities and global teams, this position focuses on market-specific product adaptation, stakeholder communication, and local relationship management.
