CapBay is seeking a senior finance professional to lead equity fundraising, engaging global investors and managing the end-to-end process from initial outreach to close. You will work closely with senior management to articulate CapBay's growth story and build long-term investor relationships across Southeast Asia.

You will develop investment materials, build financial models, manage VDRs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure fundraising aligns with CapBay’s strategy and performance.
