ER Policy & Reward Partner

Purpose of Job
CrossCountry are looking for an ER Policy & Reward Partner to provide professional, timely and consistent employee relations, policy and reward support across the organisation, ensuring legally compliant and well-governed outcomes.
The role manages a caseload of ER matters, supports the maintenance of the people policy framework, and coordinates defined reward activity such as benchmarking, terms and conditions queries and job evaluation administration.
Principal Accountabilities
• Provide clear, practical advice to HR colleagues on policy, ER approach and relevant employment law considerations; escalate high-risk matters as appropriate.
