Ergonomic Specialist – Windsor Assembly Plant

In this role, the Ergonomic Specialist will function as an ergonomist, responsible for providing technical ergonomic support for current and future vehicle programs. The specialist will work as part of a cross‑functional team to proactively reduce musculoskeletal injuries and improve overall workplace well‑being, health, and safety. They will utilize ergonomic assessment tools, requirements, and data to identify risk factors and drive improvements with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are required to drive actionable workplace improvements that support employee well‑being and contribute to overall business performance.
