About the role:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Platform Lead who is passionate about platform engineering, Salesforce architecture, and DevOps excellence. You will own the technical strategy and operational health of Manabie's ERP platform, ensuring scalable Salesforce solutions, reliable deployment pipelines, strong security practices, and sustainable platform growth.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to drive technical excellence, platform stability, and continuous improvement across the ERP ecosystem.
