Summary / TWC Summary JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Analyst facilitates business process improvement via systematic investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of functional business specifications. Defines and documents internal and external user interfaces and supports system and data requirement clarification and definition. The ideal candidate will carry out multiple projects across the software life cycle from business needs assessment to user support. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, documenting requirements for business process changes or reports for a particular business process, training, and supporting end-users.Β
