Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Support
β’ Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and case management
β’ Maintain data integrity through data imports, deduplication processes, and validation rules
β’ Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for program, finance, and leadership teams
β’ Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely and effective resolution
β’ Support end-user training and adoption of Salesforce best practices
