Procurement Data Specialist

The Procurement Data Specialist is responsible for executing supplier data collection, ensuring relevant procurement master data is available and maintained in SAP, and supporting the operational buyers team on daily activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure all data are available and materials are released for MRP planners to be used for purchase order placement – quality assurance, procurement, and company sites.
• Ensure Vendor Change Notification (VCN) are received, tracked and implemented.
• Support vendor changes in collaboration with site stakeholders including QA teams.
• Ensure that for intercompany business, all relevant procurement master data are available and maintained in SAP so the material requirements plan (MRP) can be calculated reliably and the PO creation process can be as effective as possible.
