            Previous Escrow Closing experience at a Title company is required.        

            Our client is looking for a Closing Agent based on Baldwin County, Alabama.        

                Job Duties:            

            Responsible for all aspects of the real estate transaction.        

            Process title, review title commitments, conduct closings and issuance of title policy/policies.        

            Communicate to all parties in a professional, courteous and pleasant manner.        

            Provide superior customer service in alignment with the company's mission, vision and core values.        

            Ensure that critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately.
