Patria Investments is seeking an ESG Investment Associate to support pre‑investment ESG processes and fund-level compliance. The role spans screening, due diligence, and coordinating across teams to ensure ESG-readiness across funds and asset classes, aligning with IFC standards and SFDR requirements.

The position is based in our Medellín office (in‑person work model) and requires 4–6 years of relevant experience, along with fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
