Position Overview
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
3–5 years’ experience in Estate Management, Property Management, or Facilities Management
Experience working within a residential estate or Homeowners Association (HOA) environment will be advantageous
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including residents, contractors, and service providers
Key Responsibilities
Estate Operations
Oversee the daily operational management of the estate
Supervise service providers, contractors, and estate staff
Ensure the estate’s infrastructure, landscaping, and communal areas are properly maintained
