Position Overview

Description
 :Arranging budgets based on field conditions that will be used as the basis for making a work plan
Create daily, monthly and annual work plan to subordinates to determine the effectiveness of work and uniformity of implementation
Manage the division and placement of workers according to their circumstances, abilities, and Responsibility.
Establish work targets based on the conditions of the garden and directions that have been provided by the Management
Anticipate low and pick crop next month taking into account the needs of the workforce and supporting facilities
Provide regular briefings to all levels below it to ensure that all operations run well according to procedures
Approve material demand and expenditure and all other needs to support the operation of the garden
