Job Description
We are seeking an individual to provide administrative support to the Estates Team on a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover basis. This role will assist in the day-to-day management of the Group’s property portfolio, ensuring accurate record keeping, supporting compliance requirements, and helping to coordinate estate-related activity across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update estate records, including lease data, compliance information, site documentation and key contact details, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Monitor compliance schedules, ensuring statutory and contractual deadlines are tracked, flagged and actioned as required
- Support invoice processing activities, including uploading, checking accuracy and liaising with Finance to resolve queries in a timely manner
