As an Estates Operative at Avonpark, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating beautiful outdoor spaces that they can enjoy and relax in.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, including some weekend working on a rota basis. There may also be a requirement to participate in an on-call rota from time to time. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the village and support the smooth operation of the estate throughout the year.
