Your new role
You will manage the Council's operational portfolio and provide support in managing the investment property portfolio in accordance with legislation, applying good estate management practices and ensuring that the financial return on the Council's investment is maximised, to include valuations, rent reviews, service charge management, new lettings, lease renewals, easements, and general estates management.
1.Responsible for the day-to-day management of the property portfolio including :arranging new leases/licences and carrying out renewals ensuring these agreements aresatisfactorily completed within the agreed timetable, budget and service standards
