Position Summary

The Estimating Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the estimating function in support of industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, and specialty service operations. This position manages the estimating team, provides final review and approval of assigned bids and proposals, and ensures estimates align with project specifications, operational requirements, profitability objectives, and company compliance standards. The Estimating Manager plays a critical role in supporting business operations from opportunity development through project turnover, while driving estimating consistency, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives across the organization
