Our client is looking for a skilled Estimating & Planning Manager to support operational planning and estimating efforts for a fast-paced production environment in Hillside, Illinois. This position blends team leadership, cost analysis, and workflow coordination to help awarded projects move efficiently from quote through execution. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing or print operations, along with the ability to improve processes, strengthen planning accuracy, and support profitable job delivery.

Salary: $80,000-$100,000
